My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good aspects. The room, though facing a lovely inner courtyard and pool, needed a deep clean as the carpet was dirty, possibly due to the desk blocking the unit. Being on the ground floor across from the pool was a plus, providing a great view. The location, while excellent in terms of convenience to various amenities, was a bit odd, tucked behind a large shopping center.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The room had an added view of Camelback mountain, facing the wonderful inner courtyard and pool. The music playing was a nice touch, just as pictured on the website. The service was friendly and helpful, though we had very little interaction. The location was excellent, next to shopping and restaurants. The dining experience was amazing, and the facilities were top-notch. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor issues to note.
Upon arrival, the room provided didn't quite match the online photos but the experience turned around as I was pleasantly surprised by a wonderful stay in a slightly dirty room. The service was exceptional, going out of their way to meet our needs, although there was a billing issue regarding the credit card. The location, despite being a bit peculiar, was ultimately a good reason to stay with excellent shopping and dining options nearby. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, starting my day on a very positive note, despite having to go out for breakfast. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout positives.
